They are not designed to be worn with underwear when they belong to you. If you are trying them on in a store, of course, you wear underwear because they don’t belong to you. You can try wearing spanx but you will get a line on the thigh and around the waist as well if the tights go up high. If you are concerned about discharge from the vagina or skids from the anus then you must wear one of those thin pads with the sticky backs to keep them in place. You REALLY should treat tights and skinny pans as a one time wear situation and wash them either by hand or in the regular wash after one time use. It you don’t keep that area clean between your legs, that is how you end up with infections both vaginal and urinary… then you pass them back and forth between you and your partners. Feces gets on the man’s penis from his skids and he inserts his penis in the woman’s vagina and she ends up with an infection. He then ends up with a infection from her vagina where he placed his feces and you give it to each other back and forth and back and forth. Douching can work in some cases for women BUT and this is a huge but, if the male partners are infected the men will keep giving the infection to the woman and the douching does nothing. Prostitutes have a formula they use for douching.

You cannot live on antibiotics. I had a roommate, when I was young, that thought she could. She had a jar the size of a coffee can full of antibiotics. It was one of those big coffee cans. She always had an infection in her vagina/pelvis because she had a different partner all the time. She thought it was fine and natural to live on antibiotics. That would have been fine if all of her many partners were on antibiotics too but they were not. She died of a massive infection at the age of 42 because the antibiotics ceased to work for her because she lived on them. Cause and effect…. Law of the Universe.

My mother taught me something called a “cat bath”. She said that every man and woman, boy and girl needed to take a cat bath every day before you go to bed and when you get up in the morning if you are not going to take a shower. That consists of washing your face first with a clean cloth, then under your arms, then your genital area which for men is the penis and for women is the labia minora and labia majora area then lastly your anal area last. You use mild soap and water and then you make sure you rinse off the soap very well. In Europe, men and women use a bidet. In America, we don’t have bidets installed in most toilets. Some people, in the USA, have the types of showers that have a handle that can be removed and they use that to take their cat baths.

You will cut down on your infections and actually eliminate them in some cases if you wash like this every day. Men are often carriers of infections because they will not go to the doctor when they have burning and pain. In fact, many men think (OMG) that an infection means they will have better sex. Really. It never ceases to amaze me what people think is correct. WOW.

Anyway back to skinny pants and tights… that is the best thing to do if you don’t want lines. I hate lines.
